CONSULTING

This is the Q&A of coordination. For those who are planning an event on their own, but need some assistance. A consultation allows you to sit down at any time during your planning to discuss:

• Full theme development
• Décor design and related instruction
• Budgeting
• Personalized and detailed schedules
• Vendor recommendations
• Assistance with invitation wording
• Etiquette advice
  

FEE: $150 for the first hour & $65/hr after that.

DAY-OF COORDINATION

For those who prefer to plan the majority of an event on their own, but would like to have a professional direct and oversee for the day. Day-of coordination includes the following:

• Attending and directing the rehearsal/ceremony
• Coordinating all logistics
• Vendor confirmation
• Creation of an itinerary and timeline
• Two meetings with clients prior to the event day
• Coordinator on-site for entire duration of the event day

FEE: $850

MONTH OF COORDINATION

This service is designed for the couples that want to plan their own wedding, but want to enjoy their day without having to deal or worry about all the little details. We can finalize all your logistics with vendors, unlimited consultations, coordinate your rehearsal and ceremony, as well as create a detailed itinerary to ensure your wedding day is perfect and that you enjoy every moment of it! This service also included everything in our day of coordination package.

Flat rate $1500.00

FULL COORDINATION

For those who plan to leave an event in the hands of a professional. Lush Events will guide you through the entire planning process from menus, to venues. This is a full-service package.
Full coordination includes:

• Unlimited consultations
• Full theme development and implementation (including recommendations for décor design, favours, food, attire, flowers, stationary, etc.)
• Full theme development
• Budgeting and budget maintenance
• Personalized and detailed schedules
• Vendor recommendations
• Vendor meetings and scheduling
• Assistance with invitation wording & design
• Etiquette advice
• Attending and directing the rehearsal/ceremony
• Coordinating all logistics
• Vendor confirmation
• Coordinator on-site for entire duration of the event day

FEE: 12% of your total budget.
